I’ve been working with them for 8 months now and they are amazing!! I heavily recommend them. They replay to emails and answer the phone quickly. They always call to check up on you and the facility you work at. They also give you bonus if you recommend a friend. They correct your time sheet for you and send you reminders if you forget. Overall I really like working with them:)!!

I am working with Lancesoft for the first time, because they had reached out to me before, but I used to get recruiters that got exasperated because I’d ask them to repeat themselves - they had an accent and so do I , so it was hard to communicate and sometimes they were even rude. HOWEVER, this time around I was contacted by recruiter SHIVANI CHUPHAL. I cannot even count how many great things there are about her, but her there are some: - she is extremely polite and well mannered, speaks in a calm and soothing voice. - she always has the information I would request from her about postings ready to text and/ or email - her texts and emails came to me almost immediately. - she always sounds like she is on my side, fighting for my packets to look the best way possible to be submitted - she respects ALWAYS (unlike other agencies) that I am on pacific time (in Nevada), so she would always wait to call me when it is convenient for ME. Other agencies call at 6am my time because they’re on Eastern or central time and do not take in consideration that since I am looking for job, at 6am I am still sleeping or just initiating my day. - I have been a manager in different settings and I have had to do staff performance reviews hundreds of times : she is definitely someone I would put in the category of “exceeds expectations” or even “outstanding” - Please, do let everyone who works with her that she has Excellent Customer Service skills and she could even teach people her skills or how to effectively address via phone, email or text, the professionals she is working with. Absolutely satisfied with her help and happy to have had the luck to be assigned to her.

Overall, I enjoyed working for this company! HR, recruiters, and the credentials team worked hard to get me prepared for my assignment. I was paid accordingly and on time. Human Resources sent reminders out if you forget to submit timesheets. The only negative thing I would say is they did NOT make sure a had a new assignment before ending my last one. It ended on 9/1/23 and I still haven't gotten an interview. My recruiter was notified weeks before the assignment ended so that I can start being submitted to other jobs. He started submitting me to jobs after I ended the assignment and only notified me of one job at a time unlike other agencies!

I was looking for a new assignment as a travel Registered Nurse. After looking on Vivian app I found an assignment with Lancesoft! I have no regrets as my recruiter, Amit Bharadwaj reached out to me and went straight away to establishing a professional relationship with me and immediately gained my trust and went through hell and high water to get me a position that aligned well with my needs. He bent over backwards to ensure I got to my new assignment with the help and support of his manager, Manisha Rawat. The whole team at Lancesoft truly deserves a shout out for their continual support, transparency and availability to me! As far as agencies go, this has been the most pleasant experience I have had to date thanks to Amit and his professional team! Way to go y'all! As they say in Texas! My experience with LanceSoft has been wonderful from beginning to end. They sent me email to let me know of an open position that I was very interested in. They arranged the interviews and I was selected for the contracting position. I absolutely love the company that I am working with. I love my job! I’m working from home, I have flexibility, I’m working with a wonderful group of smart and creative people. I’m valued on my team. The LanceSoft team contacts me periodically to see how I’m doing and if everything is going well. And I learned that LanceSoft is a women-owned company! My contract has been extended twice. The benefits could be a little more extensive, but they cover most things. And the salary is great! What more can I ask for? Thank you LanceSoft for making this an enjoyable work experience.

Lancesoft has taken excellent care of getting me work, responding to questions and requests, and in keeping up to date with my situation. My representative is knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. Excellent person! This portion of LanceSoft is a 5 out of 5, and the most important. The benefits, in my opinion, are not great. The vision and dental are fine, but the medical isn't worth it for healthy persons especially with all the co-pays. It's also difficult to understand what you're signing up for when signing benefits. A call service is provided, but it shouldn't be necessary. This is what brings the 5 out of 5 score down a bit. If you're not as worried about benefits provided through your employer, then this shouldn't bring down the score for you at all!
